Orders, payments and delivery

Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

We accept payment methods including PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple

Pay and Google Pay.

Micrology does not directly store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and relevant

payment providers.

We use Australia Post for ecommerce delivery. To deliver your order, we may share your name, delivery address,

email, phone number and order details with Australia Post.

Email marketing

We use Klaviyo to send email marketing, including product launches, offers, rewards updates, sale reminders and

Micrology news.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

Order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices and customer service emails are not marketing emails

and may still be sent when needed.

We do not currently send SMS marketing. If we introduce SMS marketing in the future, customers will only receive it

where permitted and will be able to opt out.

Rewards and subscriptions

Micrology Rewards is powered by Yotpo Loyalty. If you join or use Micrology Rewards, we may collect and use

information such as your name, email, purchase history, points balance, rewards activity and optional birthday

information.

Subscribe & Save is managed through Recharge. If you use Subscribe & Save, we may collect and use information

such as your name, email, shipping address, subscription products, order frequency, billing status and subscription

changes.

Cookies and website tracking

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to help the site work properly, understand website traffic,

measure marketing performance and show relevant advertising and products.

We use tools including Shopify analytics, Meta, Google and TikTok.
